Line a small glass baking dish with parchment paper that you've moistened and crumpled, allowing the edges to overhang. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) with the top and bottom fans on.
In a deep bowl, whisk the fresh cheese, labneh, and sugar on the lowest speed of the mixer until the sugar is completely dissolved and the mixture is smooth.
Add the eggs one by one to the mixture. Don't add the next one until it's completely mixed (Don't use the mixer too fast to avoid air bubbles).
Add the liquid cream and mix with a wire whisk. Sift in the flour and cornstarch, and mix with a spatula without deflating until smooth.
Be sure to strain the mixture through a sieve before pouring it into the baking dish.
Bake in the middle rack of the preheated 220-degree oven for about 23 minutes, checking frequently. If the edges are firm when you shake it, but the center is wobbly, take it out of the oven immediately. After it cools to room temperature, let it rest in the refrigerator and then serve.
