Instructions
Remove the top leaves of the cabbage. Cut off the root part.
Divide the cabbage into 4 pieces.
Add the cabbages to boiling water in a separate large pot and remove them as soon as they soften slightly. (Be careful not to let the cabbage fall apart and to keep it firm)
After completing the repeating process, set the cabbage aside.
Place it in a strainer to drain the water.
Wash the rice. Add it to a deep bowl.
Peel and slice the tomato.
Mix the pepper, tomato paste and all other ingredients.
Cut the cabbages as desired, add the filling and continue rolling.
Finally, cover with a plate or you can use rolling stones if you wish.
Add the tomato paste water with sumac over the rolls.
After it starts to boil on the stove, cook on low heat until done.
Cook for about 1 hour. It cooks depending on the type of cabbage. Bon appetit 🌸.
