Who Made the Baked Beans?

Instructions

  1. Sauté about 2 lbs of onions and season with smoked salt, pepper, and garlic (PSG).

  2. Add the breakfast sausage to the pan and cook until fully browned.

  3. Dice the 2 smoked sausages into small pieces and add them to the pan so every bite has both types of sausage.

  4. Drizzle in 1/3 cup of maple syrup and 1/3 cup of brown sugar.

  5. Add Sriracha to the mixture to balance the sweetness.

  6. Let the mixture simmer for about 20 minutes to allow the flavors to combine.

  7. In a large oven tray or bowl, combine the simmered meat and onion mixture with 3 1/2 cans of baked beans.

  8. Mix well and serve.
