Instructions
Prepare the cream base by cooking the milk, cornstarch, flour, and sugar together until the mixture thickens. Stir in the vanilla and let it cool.
Once the cream base has cooled, whisk in the milk jam and the 250g of room temperature butter until smooth.
Prepare the dough by combining the honey, sugar, baking soda, butter, eggs, and flour.
Divide the dough into 4 pieces and bake each layer for 7 minutes at 180 degrees.
Grind 1 cup of walnuts together with any remaining dough crumbs.
Assemble the dessert by layering the dough with the prepared cream. Cover the top and sides with the walnut and crumb mixture.
